不采取行动的隐藏成本
当你有需要时而不寻求专业帮助，不打算付费，其实已经在付费。何解？其实道理很简单，不用太长篇大论。
不采取行动的成本（COI）是什么？本质上，不采取行动的成本是您在不采取行动时所承担的成本。这是不做某事而不是做某事的“机会成本”。
如果你犹豫投资在教练身上，其实你已经在付费给失去的机遇、未解决的问题、降价竞争、没有被释放的潜能以及离开的天才员工。不断在胡同里打转只会消耗你的时间、意志和成本。
请记住，不采取行动的成本可能超过进步的代价。
你需要保证成功？保证投资有回报？哪。。。你要问自己你将要付出多少努力和勇气？
When you have a need but don't seek professional help and have no intention of paying for it, you're actually paying for it. How so? Well, the reason is quite simple, no need for lengthy explanations.
What is the Cost of Inaction (COI)? Essentially, the cost of inaction is the cost you bear from not taking action. It's the "opportunity cost" of not doing something rather than doing something.
If you hesitate to invest in a coach, you're essentially paying for lost opportunities, unresolved problems, price competition, untapped potential, and the departure of talented employees. Continually going in circles will only deplete your time, willpower, and resources.
Remember, the cost of inaction may outweigh the price of progress.
You need to ensure success? Ensure a return on investment? But... you have to ask yourself, how much effort and courage are you willing to put in?
