Our limit is believing we have limit
我们的极限就是相信我们有极限
Yesterday, I went for a run with my son, and he led me through the journey. For the first kilometer, I followed his momentum naturally. Even without him, I managed to finish my 11K run at the same pace. Surprisingly, it was my fastest run in the last twelve months. This made me realize that coaching is like my son - he created momentum for me at the beginning and set a high bar. After one kilometer, two kilometers, and three kilometers, I achieved a different result in the end, breaking through what I thought was my limit.
The truth is, people have no limits. It all depends on whom we run with on this journey. A coach, mentor, or even a friend can create momentum and set a high bar, pushing us beyond what we thought was possible. Being surrounded by people who believe in us and challenge us to do better can make all the difference.
So, choose your running partners wisely. Surround yourself with people who uplift you and help you break through your limits. With the right people by your side, you can achieve anything you set your mind to.
Don't let limits hold you back - run with those who inspire you to reach your full potential.
